BRIEF
Pavia is a real estate company made up of professionals. They wanted to widen their presence into the digital space and making them a website was one big step in doing just that. Clients can now see their properties listed online and get in touch touch with the respective agents. Read more to find out how I approached it.
APPROACH
I used a property-first approach. What do I mean? I made sure that their website paraded their properties as much as possible. After all, property is their business. But, don’t let that fool you, the website looks sleek alright.
Secondly, I made use of a lot of Call To Action (CTA) buttons that rightfully serve the purpose of making the website visitor engage into business. One of them was a really cool parallax CTA section that takes you right to their facebook page.
There are also very clean looking interactive forms that I put in for website visitors to efficiently let their needs known to Pavia. With one of the forms you can submit your property for listing. How cool is that!
